Her clinical focus includes hormone health, digestive health, metabolic health, cognitive longevity, sexual health, and ADHD, paired with functional medicine testing when appropriate. She integrates somatic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, and trauma-informed care to support the nervous system and help patients build resilience and vitality.

Lesa believes that the nervous system is central to healing and that physical health, purpose, and emotional well-being are deeply connected. Her care emphasizes restoring balance across body systems while honoring each patient’s goals, pace, and lived experience.

She partners closely with patients rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, creating a welcoming space for body diversity, gender inclusivity, and a wide range of identities and relationship structures. Patients often describe her care as steady, attentive, and deeply collaborative.

Lesa is a queer, female-identifying person who uses she/her pronouns.

Outside of practice, Lesa finds joy in rock climbing, paddling, running, weight training, backpacking, dancing, travel of all kinds, and snuggling with her two sweet Mexican village dogs.
